BEFORE: Use Melanoboost Peptide Sun Tanning Lotion over 1-5 consecutive days prior to UV exposure to prepare your skin for sun exposure.

DURING: Use Melanoboost Peptide Sun Tanning Lotion during short bursts of UV exposure to assist faster darker tanning with minimal UV exposure.
