Refund Policy
MELANOBOOST RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY (AUSTRALIA)
At Melanoboost, all purchases are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.
Delivery addresses cannot be edited after checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct prior to purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Incorrect product selection
-
Incorrect address provided
-
Delays in transit
-
Refused, unclaimed or returned-to-sender parcels

Customs rejection or unpaid import duties
-
Skin reactions where no product defect is present

Used or opened products
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Replacements
We may provide a replacement where:

The incorrect product was supplied, or
-
The item is faulty, or
-
The item was damaged in transit
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Claim Requirements
Claims must be lodged within 5 days of delivery.
You must provide:

Order number
-
Detailed description of the issue

Clear, original photos showing:
-
The outer parcel (all sides)
-
The inside of the parcel as received
-
The affected product
-
Photos must be taken immediately upon delivery. Edited, filtered or altered images will not be accepted.
If approved, you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.
Transit Damage & Leakage
We take care in packaging all orders. Minor seepage during transit does not necessarily constitute product failure and may be assessed proportionately.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is deemed to have a major failure under ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law.
Returned to Sender / Refused / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:

Incorrect address provided
-
Failure to collect
-
Refusal of delivery
-
Customs rejection or unpaid duties
A Return to Sender (RTS) handling fee will apply:

$15 for Australian orders
-
$20 for International orders
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reshipping Policy
Australian Orders
Returned Australian orders may be reshipped upon payment of an additional shipping fee. The RTS fee and new shipping fee must be paid prior to reshipment.
International Orders
Returned international orders are not eligible for reshipment.
Instead, a store credit will be issued once the parcel is received back to us, less:

The original shipping fee, and
-
The applicable RTS fee ($20)
Store credit must be used on a future purchase and is subject to our standard checkout terms.
Important
Items that are used, altered, or damaged for reasons unrelated to our error are not eligible for replacement.
Replacement shipping times may vary depending on location and stock availability.
