Refunds are not available after purchase for change of mind.
We can offer a replacement product if the product you purchased is damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Claims for replacements must be made within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If more than 5 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a replacement.
To complete your return, we require the following:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your online receipt, order number, and explanation of damage, including a photo.
- Upon approval you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and your replacement will be processed.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RAN. Upon receiving your RAN, send your product to: PO Box 985 South Melbourne Victoria AU 3205.
Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be replaced.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
