If you have contacted us regarding an issue with your shipping, our shipping partner Shippit has a dedicated team ready to assist with any delayed pickup or delivery enquiries you may have.

Simply send an email to hello@shippit.com with the order details so their Delivery Support Specialists can contact the relevant carrier and get back to you.

Our international carrier is DHL. Upon arriving in selected country, your order will be transferred to the national postal service and delivered to you. Once it arrives in the destination country, enter the same tracking number into your national carrier's online Track and Trace feature.

Please note: Orders placed between December 21st 2018 and January 6th 2019 will be dispatched within 2 days. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your order to arrive during this time. No delivery companies operate on public holidays and they generally have a back log of orders to deliver on December 27th + 28th and January 2nd - 4th.
